During this evaluation, several significant market changes occurred: IBM announced an agreement to acquire webMethods from Software AG; EQT announced it would acquire WSO2; Cloud Software Group announced the sale of its API management assets (TIBCO Cloud API Management/Mashery) to Boomi; and Boomi also announced it is acquiring APIIDA's federated API management business. The evaluation used materials provided by April 30, 2024.
