A: Vendors are included based on specific inclusion criteria: 1) A comprehensive cloud HCM offering that supports fulfillment of the employment contract and people strategy, with cloud as primary delivery model and native payroll support for at least one country; 2) A minimum of 200 live cloud customers with at least 1,000 employees as of December 31, 2022; 3) Mindshare among Forrester's clients through frequent mentions in inquiry, briefings, and consulting engagements for HCM solutions. Vendors may not appear in subsequent evaluations if they no longer meet these criteria, decline to participate, or if market conditions change.
