This Forrester Wave evaluation focuses on 13 intranet platform providers that meet specific inclusion criteria: minimum $10 million in annual product revenue, cloud-first platforms marketed for intranet and employee communications, focus on enterprise clients (5,000+ employees), and active interest among Forrester clients. The evaluation was conducted using materials provided by vendors through February 22, 2024.
