This evaluation focuses exclusively on IT sustainability services - services related to environmental sustainability and carbon footprint reduction in the enterprise IT stack, covering IT in the workplace, IT development, and IT infrastructure. Revenue from other sustainability service offerings beyond IT was not considered. Vendors marked as nonparticipating met the defined inclusion criteria but declined to participate in or contributed only partially to the evaluation.
A: Vendors must meet specific inclusion criteria to be evaluated: approximately $50 million annual revenue from dedicated IT sustainability services engagements (not as a component of other digital transformation projects), an exclusive IT sustainability service focus or service line separate from other sustainability services, comprehensive capabilities or exceptional specialization in one or more areas, and strong Forrester client interest. Vendors are evaluated using materials provided by a specific cutoff date (May 16, 2023 for this report), and the market and vendor offerings may change over time between evaluations.
