A: Vendors may appear or not appear in the Magic Quadrant based on meeting specific inclusion criteria across three levels. To qualify, vendors must meet entry criteria (providing AI/ML features in at least three critical capabilities) and eight of nine Level 1 criteria (including serving as system of record for account/contact, activity, and opportunity management; pipeline management; forecast management; lead management; guided selling; infrastructure; communication channel support; integrations; and mobile access). Level 2 criteria require having customers with live implementations in at least two use cases and making at least two major releases with functional improvements. Level 3 criteria include factors such as having at least 50 customers across four industries, average of 25+ users per customer, $15M+ in SFA revenue, and meeting new logo acquisition thresholds. Vendors that don't meet these criteria or lack strong business execution, complete portfolios, or ability to support cross-industry requirements may not be included.
