This is a 21-criterion evaluation of digital transformation services providers. The report focuses on vendors that have service revenue greater than $1 billion and provide holistic digital transformation services including technology transformation, organizational transformation, and transformation delivery. Vendors marked as nonparticipating met the inclusion criteria but declined to participate in or contributed only partially to the evaluation.
